Sam Staten founded ATX Arbor in 2020 with a simple principle: show up on time, do excellent work, charge a fair price, and leave the property cleaner than you found it.
Austin's urban forest is dominated by live oaks, cedar elms, and pecans: trees with specific needs that generic lawn crews don't understand. Sam has spent years learning Austin's tree species, soil conditions, and the pest and disease pressures that come with Texas Hill Country climate.
From routine canopy maintenance to advanced tree injection therapy for stressed oaks, Sam handles each job with the same level of care. Because ATX Arbor is owner-operated, you're not getting a rotating crew of subcontractors. You're getting Sam.

Honest Assessment First
Sam walks your property, looks at each tree, and tells you what it actually needs, not what generates the biggest bill. If a tree is healthy, he'll say so.
Precision Rope-and-Climb
Heavy equipment tears up yards and limits where you can work. Sam's rope-and-climb technique reaches any branch in any location without destroying the surrounding landscape.
Full Cleanup Included
Every job includes complete debris removal. Sam hauls everything out and leaves your yard in better shape than when he arrived. No surprise cleanup fees.
